Accounts on this website are for the sole purpose of opting-in to receive electronic Notices of Assessment from the Real Property Assessment Division.

The deadline 1) to sign up for new accounts or 2) to make changes to existing accounts for electronic delivery of the 2024 Notices of Assessment has passed (deadline of November 1, 2023, 11:59pm).

The online registration system on this website will be discontinued effective November 2, 2023.

New accounts:
New accounts cannot be created starting November 2, 2023. Look for your 2024 Notice of Assessment starting December 15, 2023 for instructions on how to opt-in for electronic delivery for future years.

Existing accounts:
Existing account information will be inaccessible starting November 2, 2023 at 12:00am. If you opted-in for electronic delivery, then it will be sent to the email address listed with your account. If you want to change your email address or the opt-in/opt-out settings, you cannot do it at this time. Look for your 2024 electronic Notice of Assessment starting December 15, 2023 for instructions on how to opt-in/opt-out of electronic delivery for future years.
